(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted google backup solution. – Provide comprehensive, cloud–to–cloud backup and recovery solution for our Google workspace environment, specifically targeting Google workspace email (Gmail), Google drive and Google chat data.– Fully cloud–hosted, cloud–to–cloud solution, eliminating the need for on–premise hardware, local storage, and maintenance by the city.– Ensure Legal Compliance and E–Discovery Readiness: • Provide a highly searchable and reliable repository to ensure the city can efficiently meet all legal data retention, legal hold, and public records request mandates.– Long–Term Data Retention:• Maintain strict 10–year retention policies, including the continuous backup and retention of deleted items to ensure absolute data integrity.– Seamless Restoration and Data Portability:• Guarantee that backed–up data can be easily transferred out of the system or rapidly restored without disrupting staff workflows.– Improve Operational Efficiency:• Expedite the daily backup process and reduce the manual administrative overhead required to locate, export, and restore Workspace files and emails.– Administrator Portal and Dashboard:• Dashboard for a real–time overview of backup status, system health, and storage utilization.– Advanced Search and Discovery:• Intuitive and highly efficient search functionality allowing administrators to locate specific documents, emails, and attachments across the entire organization.– Backup and Restore Automation:• Automated, continuous cloud–to–cloud backups for Gmail and Google Drive.• Ability to restore data directly to a specified user's account quickly and without disrupting their daily workflow.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
