(1) Vendor needs to provide carpet, upholstery and non–porous flooring cleaning services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.A. Carpet Cleaning– Hot water extraction (steam cleaning)– Spot and stain removal– Odor treatment– Pre–treatment and agitation where necessary– Vacuuming prior to cleaning– Furniture moving and replacement (as applicable)B. Upholstery CleaningThe contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the cleaning of upholstered furniture such as chairs, sofas, and office seating using:– Fabric–safe cleaning methods– Stain removal and deodorizing– Drying methods to minimize downtimeC. Non–Porous Flooring CleaningThe contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide non–porous flooring (tile, vinyl, VCT, LVT, Concrete and other hard surface flooring) cleaning services, including but not limited to:– Scrubbing and refinishing– Stripping and waxing (where applicable)– Buffing and burnishing– Grout cleaning (if applicable(2) Contact period will be for five years.
