(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant card processing services to the government authority located in Carrollton, TX. • Provide comprehensive merchant card payment processing services for credit card, debit card, and digital wallet transactions across multiple city departments, systems, and payment channel include authorization, processing, settlement, reporting, reconciliation, customer support, and related payment processing services necessary to support the city’s operational, financial, and customer service objectives.• Provide secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant payment processing services for payments received through a variety of channels, including:• Online payments• Point–of–sale (card–present) transactions• Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payments• Recurring and stored payment methods• Mobile and digital wallet payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paze, and other contactless payment methods(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 20, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for six years.
