(1) Vendor needs to provide title VI program maintenance service to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA. – Provide consulting and technical assistance for the maintenance, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the city's established title VI program.– Monitor changes to applicable federal and state title VI requirements, regulations, guidance, executive orders, and funding–agency requirements and advise the city regarding necessary program changes.– Assist with maintaining and periodically updating the city's limited English proficiency and language access procedures, including review of demographic information and language assistance needs.– Develop, update, and deliver title VI training for city employees, supervisors, department representatives, and other appropriate personnel.– Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the city's title vi program based on regulatory changes, compliance reviews, identified risks, and industry best practices.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
