Vendor needs to provide co–managed information technology and cybersecurity services to the government authority located in McMinnville, OR. – Services may include:• Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support;• Remote troubleshooting;• On–site support;• Hardware troubleshooting;• Software support;• User account administration;• Microsoft 365 support;• Printer and peripheral support;• Mobile device support;• New employee onboarding;• Employee separation/offboarding;• workstation deployment;• escalation support for City IT personnel;• after–hours emergency support; and• documentation of incidents and resolutions.– The Provider shall have demonstrated capability to support and manage:• Microsoft Windows endpoints;• Microsoft Windows Server environments;• Microsoft 365;• Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory;• Active Directory;• Group Policy;• virtualization infrastructure;– The successful Provider shall furnish the required CrowdStrike licensing as part of the managed services agreement.– The proposed CrowdStrike solution shall include 24–hour–per–day, 365–day–per–year cybersecurity monitoring and escalation.– Although CrowdStrike licensing may be furnished through the Provider, the agency’s security environment shall not be structured in a manner that creates unreasonable vendor lock–in.– The City operates information systems that access, process, store, transmit, or otherwise support Criminal Justice Information.– The Provider shall maintain sufficient CJIS–qualified personnel to meet contractual service levels without relying upon personnel who are not authorized to access the agency’s environment.– The Provider shall assess and support the agency’s backup and disaster recovery capabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
