(1) Vendor needs to provide data processing, printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Program utilizes publicly available data from each county municipality to retrieve owner parcel data to have the most current and up to date information to send the notices to.– Program typically sends over 300,000 notices each year.– Create new, update existing, and provide custom map layers to support flood risk notification (FRN).– Deliver three data sets from this data: Single parcel owner, multiple parcel owner and public agency parcel owners.– LightBox Vision parcel data sets– Custom Map Layers– FRN Printing– FRN Mailing(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
