The project consists of an interior renovation of 420 SF of existing space into a new shared office, video/sound editing studio, and storage closet located on the 9th floor of the Montgomery County Administration Building at 451 W. 3rd St., Dayton, Ohio 45422. The renovation will include new nonstructural interior partitions, finishes, mechanical and electrical fixtures.
