(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering services to support the planning, design, and execution of critical facility projects include new facility planning, roof replacement, system upgrades, garage floor repaving, driver’s lounge remodelling, and replacement of in–ground bus lifts to the government authority located in Tompkins, NY.• Planning & Pre–Design — Approach to conceptual design, feasibility studies, needs assessments, and environmental considerations• Design Development — Methods for producing architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other required design documents• Permitting & Regulatory Coordination — How you will manage approvals with local, state, and federal agencies• Construction Documents — Approach to preparing 100% design packages suitable for bidding• Cost Estimating — Methods for developing Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) and project budgets(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
