(1) Vendor needs to provide IT support services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH. • IT support services include encompass end–user and infrastructure support spanning physical and virtual desktop and server, and mobile device management; enterprise architecture, video telecommunications support, and network infrastructure design, operations, and firewall management; cybersecurity governance and compliance; vulnerability management and classified network support; data center, cloud, database, and application management; Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) development and data analytics support; custom development leveraging SharePoint, Power Apps, and Dataverse; and records management—all in support of sustaining, protecting, and advancing the mission.
