SES America DMS Signs and Replacement Parts

The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District, has determined that only SES America, Inc. can provide SES America Color DMS (Dynamic Message Sign) signs, replacement parts, technical support, and warranty for the upkeep of the St. Louis District ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) system, controlled by the ATMS (Advanced Transportation Management System) software that is essential for synchronization with the existing highway facilities. Currently, MoDOT - St. Louis has 7 MoDOT owned SES America Color DMS boards and will need to make purchases for parts and repairs in the future for the effective life of these boards, approximately 15 years. This notice shall meet the single feasible source requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods.
