(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive janitorial services to the government authority located in Spring Valley, CA. – Provide comprehensive janitorial services at district facilities, including the administration, operations, warehouse, and treatment plant buildings and seven remote facility restrooms.– Services include routine janitorial cleaning, restroom and breakroom sanitation, waste and recycling removal, floor care, interior glass cleaning, periodic detail cleaning, and related services as specified in the solicitation documents.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
