(1) Vendor needs to provide zoning code consultant service to the government authority located in Wheat Ridge, CO. – A comprehensive analysis of the city's zoning code and to provide technical support with drafting and adopting recommended code amendments.– The project implements strategies identified in the city plan, affordable housing strategy and action plan, and sustainability plan.– Stakeholder engagement to inform code.– A zoning code analysis, the consultant will lead targeted stakeholder engagement with developers and builders to understand unclear or outdated provisions of the zoning code applied in practice.– Provide technical support to inform code amendments.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
