(1) Vendor needs to provide rapid ID and AST system supplies to the government authority located in Leavenworth, KS.– Instrument shall have random access capability (if discrete testing is required) and be able to simultaneously perform the complete profile as described below and meet the performance characteristics for accuracy and precision– Provide antimicrobial susceptibility results in under eight (8) hours after positivity of blood culture has been determined– Ability to use a single kit for each blood culture sample for AST analysis.– Ability to perform antimicrobial susceptibility results and obtain minimal inhibitory concentration levels (MIC) results with breakpoint interpretive criteria.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business
