Absolute Professional Services – Technical Account Management

Effective for a one (1)-year term for the Orange County Transportation Authority's requirements for Absolute Professional Services - Technical Account Management, on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of usage, as described in the “Price Summary Sheet.” All firms must be authorized Absolute resellers and providers of the item listed. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Prices quoted shall remain firm for the term of the Blanket Purchase Order. By submitting a Quote, Firm agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in the “General Provisions,” which by this reference are incorporated herein. An award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible Firm and shall be awarded on a lump sum basis. Firms should be aware that an award may be made without further discussion. The successful Firm will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Any questions or clarifications shall be submitted in writing no later than 11:00 a.m., January 15, 2026. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than January 19, 2026.
