(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based computerized maintenance management system.– Provide a cloud–based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), specifically FMX (facilities management express) or an approved equal solution, to support campus–wide facilities operations, maintenance management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset management, inventory tracking, work order management, reporting, and event scheduling.– Provide a fully cloud–hosted CMMS platform capable of supporting the facilities management operations for multiple buildings, facilities, assets, maintenance personnel, and campus users.• The system shall include, at a minimum:• Preventive maintenance management.• Work order management and tracking.• Inventory management.• Asset lifecycle management.• QR code work order functionality.• Data import and export functionality.• Secure cloud–based hosting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
