CLEANING-14403 - USA (Everett, Washington) - Bus Stop, Shelter, P&R Cleaning Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bus stop, shelter, P&R cleaning services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.– Services of an experienced, dedicated, proficient and qualified housekeeping Vendor to furnish scheduled janitorial services for approximately 617 bus stop locations including 18 Park & Ride/Transit Center properties, 12 Comfort Stations (18 restrooms) and 86 Swift Platform Stations throughout agency service area in County.– Include as part of this contract, all housekeeping cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to properly maintain each property to a service level acceptable to Community Transit(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
