(1) Vendor needs to provide consolidated plan consulting services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Provide consolidated plan and related consulting services to develop the 2028–2033 consolidated plan for the county.– Project scheduling, technical consultation, and support during the consolidated plan and action plan approval process.– Pre–development meeting to introduce staff, review the contract, establish responsibilities, and coordinate contract start–up.– Consolidated plan focus groups.– Consolidated plan community meetings.– Consolidated plan survey and assessing results.– Update the community participation plan and summary.– Housing and community development needs assessment.– Housing and community development five–year strategy.– Consolidated plan and action plan format and presentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
