HEALTH-10569 - USA (Teague, Texas) - Speech Language Pathology Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide speech language pathology services to the government authority located in Teague, TX. – The contractor agrees to provide speech language pathology treatments to those students qualifying as set forth by the individual educational plan (IEP) and approved.– The contractor agrees to assist students and their family with equipment referrals and resources.– The contractor shall perform discharge summaries or evaluations for students no longer qualifying for speech language services.– Provide an updated student list with student names, campuses, and approved therapy frequencies.– Provide progress reports every grading period as scheduled per school year.– Provide the personnel to provide direct service for children.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
