Bidders may bid for one or several lots, as further defined in the bidding document. Bids should be presented separately for each lot. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. 5. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in investment Projects Financing” September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulation”) Available on www.worldbank.org/en/programs/project-procurement/framework and it open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations 6.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the (Project Coordinator), Bauchi State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00pm (local time) at the address given below. 7. The bidding document in English may be purchased from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira ( N 100,000.00) only in a Bank draft in favor of “ Bauchi State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project”; or bank transfer to the SPIU’s bank account (FCMB Bank Plc, Account Name: AGILE Project Counterpart Account B, Bauchi State, Account Number: 2001020804 (NGN), SORT CODE:214031920).
