CSE-23985 - USA (Moultrie, Georgia) - Security Camera System Upgrade Service - Deadline July 28,2026

Vendor needs to provide security camera system upgrade service to the government authority located in Moultrie, GA. • Camera system:– “Turn–key” CCTV system to include all current and any additional cameras– Camera system capabilities: IP cameras, smart search feature, video analytics, Zone routing, Zone counting, push notification.– Camera system must comply with section 889 of the 2019 NDAA.  – Replace all cameras with IP, remove all existing analog cameras.– Completely remove and dispose of all old cables not in use.– Provide standard security cabinet with locking front and back doors, install new rack mount NVRs with hot swappable HDD’s.– Provide network switches to accommodate new cameras.– Provide a client workstation for main control room and deputy warden’s office.– Provide all new cables, raceways, and conduits, needed to complete job.– Replace all Cat6 cable in plenum with plenum rated cable.– Remove existing Head–end unit and cameras to be given to owner for re–use, set up and configure new equipment, all equipment will be labeled to match As–builts– System should be configured to provide a fail over system that will maintain recordings for a minimum of 15 days in case of failure. – Provide license and setup for video wall.– Provide four 50–inch wall monitors without impeding on manual viewing area, one 32–inch client desktop viewing station.– SD card storage at each camera.– System shall provide 30 Days of on–site storage with 70% motion detection at 12 FPS and 3 FPS continuous. – Provide NVR, videos review stations, switch and camera spec sheets with bid documents.– Provide surge protection for power port and data ports.– 1–hour minimum UPS Battery backup for whole system during power outages.
