(1) Vendor needs to provide beef marketing campaign services.– Design and implement a comprehensive, statewide marketing campaign that promotes locally produced beef, strengthens consumer awareness, and supports demand for the state’s beef industry.– Include a target audience strategy, multi–channel marketing approach, geographic reach strategy, branding initiatives, and a performance measurement plan.– Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate a coordinated marketing campaign involving multiple communication channels and stakeholder audiences.– The ability to collect, analyze, and provide data proving effectiveness.
