(1) Vendor needs to provide youth council and provider network services to the government authority located in Somerville, MA.– Provide conducted a youth needs assessment that identified strengths, barriers and potential gaps of current services and structures that support the individual and collective growth of youth in the city.– Outcomes from the assessment highlighted the need for coordinated support and communication systems across the city for youth including collaboration among youth serving organizations and programs.– Stakeholders called for trauma–informed, culturally relevant services and programs, particularly for vulnerable populations such as low–income and immigrant youth.– They also noted the importance of trusting relationships with caring adults who could serve as role models and provide guidance to young people.– Additionally, several stakeholders mentioned the creation of peer support networks and leadership opportunities for youth.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
