(1) Vendor needs to provide educational and behavioral services to the government authority located in Methuen, MA.                             – Consultants to assist the Committee in providing high–quality programming for students with autism.– Deepen special educator and program assistant fluency with agency instructional and behavioral practices. – Strengthen student programming and data collection practices to ensure highly individualized and data driven outcomes. – Strengthen Pathways program staff ability to effectively and safely manage challenging behaviors to decrease out of district referrals and increase building capacity to support the districts highest need learners. – Develop a formal scope and sequence for agency and teacher professional development pathways to ensure appropriate training areas are delivered as they relate to work in the Pathways program. – Develop and implement ongoing coaching and procedural fidelity monitoring tools to consistently monitor effectiveness of professional development delivered. – Finalize the suite of systems and templates created for the Pathways program staff to ensure continuity of materials used within the program. – Create student program books and data systems for seamless progress monitoring. – Complete bi–monthly program checklists and program progress reporting metrics that will be delivered to building and district leadership. – Provide 13 Instructors onsite full–time; one for each classroom in K–4 Pathways program. – Provide 13 Behavior Technicians onsite full–time; one for each classroom in K–4 Pathways program. – Provide professional development to Pathways staff during the 26–27 school year. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
