(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership development program services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. – Provide qualified contractor to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive leadership development and organizational effectiveness program that strengthens leadership capacity, improves employee engagement, supports organizational culture, and promotes sustainable leadership practices.– Engagement is to equip supervisors, managers, and executive leaders with practical leadership competencies that improve communication, accountability, employee engagement, decision–making, change management, psychological safety, coaching, and workforce development.– Leadership development curriculum development and delivery.– Sustainability planning and follow–up support.– Provide all personnel, materials, instructional resources, facilitation, consultation, and project management necessary to complete the project:– Employee engagement. – Leadership communication.– Coaching and feedback.– Accountability.– Decision–making.– Conflict management. – Psychological safety.– Change management. – Team development.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
