(1) Vendor needs to provide photographic services.• Professional photographers to provide high–quality digital photographic services.• Provide high–quality digital photographic services for new acquisitions, existing works, exhibitions, and site–specific commissions across diverse artistic media, scales, and formats.• Services will encompass twenty–four primary location photographic sessions alongside approximately ten off–site and selected neighbor island assignments.• Provide backdrops and professional art handling services.• Collection registration, digital archiving, exhibition catalogues, magazines, publicity, marketing, and social media.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
