Request for Quotations UKRAINE Project: Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project (UIHERP) Loan No.: 9238-UA Name of the Procurement: Procurement of Application Software. Part 2. Procurement No.: MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-70 1. Ukraine received the Loan No. 9238-UA from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in US dollars to finance the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract No. MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-70 “Procurement of Application Software. Part 2.”. 2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit proposals for the supply of the application software, including the following: COMSOL software; Ansys Research CFD software; Ansys Teaching CFD software; PIX4Dfields software. More detailed information is provided in the Technical Specification. The expected duration of the supply of goods is 60 (sixty) days from the date of signing the contract. 3. The procurement comprises three lots: MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-70/L1 “Procurement of COMSOL Software Products for Lviv Polytechnic National University”; MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-70/L2 “Procurement of Ansys Software Products for Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding”; MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-70/L3 “Procurement of PIX4Dfields Software Products for Stepan Gzhytskyi National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies of Lviv and Uman National University”. 4. The World Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 5. The participant provides at least the following additional documents as part of the offer: Manufacturer’s authorization for the offered equipment (if applicable); Information on the local authorized support department/company. More detailed information is given in the Request for Quotations. 6. This is a national bidding procedure, and bids shall be submitted through any registered Prozorro platform.
