(1) Vendor needs to provide bookseller partnership service.• Agency seeks to establish a prequalified pool of bookseller partners to support the agency Book Festival, Authors at the Library programs, and other library events on an as–needed basis for a three–year term.• Provide adequate notice, when possible, to the Bookseller regarding the event.• Make security available to the bookseller on the date of the event• Recognize the bookseller as a library partner for the event in promotional material.• Provide tables and line stanchions for the bookseller stations, as needed.• Ensure that Wi–Fi will be available in the book sale area.• The festival features nationally recognized authors, panel discussions, author talks, book signings, family activities, food vendors, exhibitors, and community partners.• The event attracts thousands of visitors and serves as a premier celebration of books, literacy, and reading.• Bookstore Operations – Manage all sales of books by featured Festival authors. – Provide and operate a single point–of–sale system staffed by bookseller personnel. – Ensure the bookstore is fully staffed and operational during all Festival hours. • Inventory and Merchandising – Purchase, stock, manage returns for all bookstore inventory. – Sell books by featured Festival authors including their latest published title and, at the bookseller's discretion, additional backlist or popular titles by those authors. • Marketing and Promotion – Promote the Festival through customer email campaigns, social media, and in–store marketing, as capable.(2) The contract period will be for three–years term.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
