EXTRA-78249 - USA (Massachusetts) - Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) Support Services and In-Home Evaluations Services - Budget - Up to 3,000,000 USD - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) support services and in–home evaluations services to the government authority located in Massachusetts.– Establish and maintain a flexible statewide network of qualified Providers that can deliver Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) Support Services, In–Home Evaluations, and limited Ancillary Supports to eligible agency participants with disabilities throughout state– Improve timely access to authorized services following referral, reduce unmanaged service gaps, and support participant voice, dignity, independence, communication and language access, choice of Provider when capacity and geographic coverage allow, and successful community living.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
