(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster debris collection services include debris generated from the public rights–of–way, private property, drainage areas/canals, waterways, and other public, eligible, or designated areas to the government authority located in Cumberland, NC.1. Coordinating daily briefings, work progress, staffing, and other key items with the County.2. Scheduling work for all team members and debris haulers/recovery contractors on a daily basis.3. Hiring, scheduling, and managing field staff.4. Being responsible for safety and training outlined.5. Ensuring that all permits have been obtained and maintained.6. Making sure that all points are GPS along with GPS of hanger, leaners, and stumps.7. Managing debris hauler operations and making/implementing recommendations to improve efficiency and speed up recovery work.8. Assisting the County with response to public concerns and comments.– Emergency Road Clearan1. Clearance of these roadways will be performed as identified by the Debris Manager.2. The cost estimate for this contract will be based on a unit price(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
