CONS-23044 - USA (McAllen, Texas) - Architectural Design Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in McAllen, TX.– Planning research: Review, synthesize, update and/or supplement as requiredcompleted trial court facilities master plans and/or court programs.– Site analysis and consultation: Perform site analyses, including test fits, parking, traffic,zoning, geotechnical, on– and off–site utility and related utilization studies; participate inand coordinate with AOC staff, legal counsel, consultants and real estate brokers in siteselection and acquisition activities (Real Estate brokerage services are not included inscope of services of this SOQ).– City planning: Conduct city–wide operations master planning and analysis; conductfunctional programming, design definition and space planning for court building functions– Architectural and engineering design services: Provide architectural, structural, civil,mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, acoustical, interior design, lighting,data/telecommunications, graphics, and related services which may be required in– connection with planning, design and execution of renovation and or new buildingprojects. Special services may be requested as warranted by specific projects, includingbut not limited to, campus planning, geotechnical engineering; land surveys; windengineering; vibration control; life safety/code consulting; audio visual; physical andelectronic security design; parking structure design; renderings of the project and parkingrevenue control(2) The contract period will be for one year.
