(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN. – Provide legal services to agency and its Related Entities on an as–needed basis across the practice areas– Provide timely, practical, and legally sound advice tailored to agency public mission and operational needs.– Conduct legal research; prepare opinions, memoranda, correspondence, contracts, policies, resolutions, pleadings, transaction documents, and other work product.– Negotiate, document, and close transactions; represent agency in administrative, judicial, arbitration, mediation, and other proceedings when authorized.– Coordinate with the General Counsel, agency staff, other outside counsel, consultants, insurers, governmental agencies, counterparties, and stakeholders as directed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
