(1) Vendor needs to provide multipurpose training range construction manager services to the government authority located in Camp Blanding Starke, FL.• Scope includes all site improvement and utilities (electric, water, waste, information systems) to support the primary and supporting facilities.• Primary and supporting facilities include but are not limited to range control tower, range operations and storage, ammo building, latrine, bleacher enclosure, mess shelter, AAR building, camera tower, urban building cluster, stationary and moving targets, trench complex, fighting positions and bunkers, parking areas, sidewalks, gate.• Assist the architectural and engineering firm with constructability reviews, value engineering and construction cost estimating; research of State and local code requirements along with applicableregulations; application and acquisition of general storm water permit, environmental permit orpermit modification; design and engineering with technical specifications and manuals; lifecycle cost analysis, detailed line–item construction cost estimates, and construction administration required to provide a complete and functional turn–key facility.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
