(1) Vendor needs to provide youth safety and leadership pathways initiative service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – A trauma–informed strategy to reduce gun violence, chronic truancy, and justice system involvement by investing in prevention, healing, and leadership development efforts for children nine to fifteen years of age.– The purpose is to fund engaging programs that provide safe, structured alternatives to unsupervised time; promote positive youth development; and strengthen youth–adult relationship skills through mentorship and skill–building.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
