EXTRA-71958 - USA (Texas) - Bond Election Advisory Task Force Facilitation Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bond election advisory task force facilitation services to the government authority located in Texas.– Consultant to provide general obligation bond election advisory task force (“Task Force”) facilitation services for a possible future bond election.• Assist City staff in developing a Task Force meeting schedule, program and content. • Review City staff–prepared initial project list and associated relevant long–range planning documents including, but not limited to, the City Council Strategic Goals, Capital Improvement Plan, Citizen Survey, Comprehensive Plan, and the Mobility Master Plan. – Assist City’s Communications and Engagement Department in development of a city led public engagement process, including open house(s), website, social media and surveys. – Assist with development of an engagement process schedule. – Provide content for use in the production of public education materials, public presentations, website, website updates, on–line survey and social media outreach. – Assist in preparing other bond–related information materials for the Task Force meetings as needed.
