– Vendor needs to provide exterminating services to the government authority located in Hoboken, NJ.    – The complete extermination from the premises of all buildings, in all projects covered by this specification, including but not limited to rats, bats, mice, crickets, ants (all types) water bugs, snakes, roaches (all types), silver fish, fleas (all types), sewer flies, bees, wasps, squirrels, skunks, and all other vermin including termites whenever found and in using reasonable care and means to keep the premises pest free.   – Treatment shall include site inspections, baiting trapping, rodenticide application where appropriate, burrow treatment, monitoring, and follow–up visits until the infestation is controlled. – The services shall include locating and sealing of all holes and openings by means of steel wool and caulking.– Provide recommendations for sealing accessible rodent entry points.
