Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników i materiałów zużywalnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów do badań z zakresu serologii grup krwi i serologii transfuzjologicznej do laboratorium - Działu Medycyny Laboratoryjnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego im. Stanisława Rybickiego w Skierniewicach, ul. Rybickiego 1, 96-100 Skierniewice. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1A do SWZ– Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy zawierający zestawienie badań, załącznik nr 1B do SWZ – Zestawienie wymaganych parametrów jakościowo-technicznych dotyczących analizatora do badań z zakresu serologii grup krwi i serologii transfuzjologicznej oraz załącznik nr 3 do SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy.
