Description
Due to unforeseen circumstances and the resulting urgency, there was insufficient time to obtain these services through the open tendering process. Engaging the proposed service provider, which currently has an established presence on site, will ensure continuity of elevator maintenance services and minimize the risk of service disruptions. This approach will also support the continued safe and reliable operation of the elevators while a longer-term procurement process is undertaken. Limited Tendering under NWPTA Part V: Exceptions, C.
