(1) Vendor needs to provide aquifer well network monitoring program service to the government authority located in Laramie, WY. – Provide implement and manage a groundwater monitoring well network program that provides a long–term systematic approach to monitoring the aquifer for water level and chemistry data through routine monitoring well sampling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
