(1) Vendor needs to provide next–generation firewall replacement and modernization platform.– Providing firewall acquisition, implementation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and support services.– The County places particular emphasis on eliminating its current split tunnel VPN configuration so that all remote user traffic, including Microsoft 365 and other cloud SaaS traffic, is routed through firewall inspection without introducing unacceptable latency, and on restoring native mobile access and remote access VPN on the primary platform, addressing a documented limitation of the current environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
