Vendor needs to provide website redesign service. – The selected vendor will provide end–to–end website redesign services, which may include discovery, strategy, information architecture, visual design, content planning, development, quality assurance, launch support, documentation, training, and post–launch support.• Review the current website, analytics, audience needs, and content inventory.• Develop recommendations for site structure, functionality, and user journeys based upon selected website platform.• Create an intuitive navigation structure and sitemap, using concepts provided by Alliance.• Develop wireframes or prototypes for key page templates.• Design a modern visual interface aligned with the organization’s brand identity.• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.• Provide design concepts, revisions, and final approved page templates.• Develop the website using a secure, scalable, and maintainable technology platform or content management system.• Build approved templates, components, navigation, forms, and integrations.• Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, and administrative settings as needed.• Ensure the website meets modern standards for performance, security, browser compatibility, SEO, and responsive behavior.• Migrate approved content from the existing website to the new platform.• Complete all content formatting, page setup, metadata, and redirects.• Provide guidance for content governance, editorial workflow, and ongoing maintenance.
