(1) Vendor needs to provide towing services to the government authority located in California. – Perform as–needed towing and roadside assistance services.– Includes, emergency towing, jump–starts, lock–out services, vehicle recovery (including accident and off–road retrieval), transport to facilities or third–party repair vendors, and assistance during emergencies or hazardous conditions.– Service provider shall maintain a staffed place of business during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays) and provide a 24–hour dispatch service to ensure continuous communication with knowledgeable personnel.– Operation and priority dispatch.– Response time requirements.– Service performance and response.– Business hours and dispatch availably.– Vehicle verification and routing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
