(1) Vendor needs to provide training module development and cooperative structuring technical assistance service in Monrovia, Liberia to the government authority located in New York. – Provide develop structured training modules in waste handling, health & safety, basic financial literacy, and cooperative governance and entrepreneurship, and provide direct support to help these workers organize into registered cooperatives.– Develop practical, low–literacy–friendly and comprehensive training modules on the integration of informal waste workers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
