METROPOLITAN COUNCIL Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Onboard Passenger Information System Pilot Contract Number 26P167 The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide engineering services and support to design, procure and install an Onboard Passenger Information System for a pilot to be conducted in 2027-2028.
