(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Irvine, CA.• Provide initial architectural floor plans and 3D color renderings that clearly show proposed interior finishes and design style, using medical–grade, puncture–resistant, and antimicrobial material finishes for all high–touch surfaces on the PACE floor.• A functional layout including a clinic (exam rooms), a rehabilitation gym, a dining area with a commercial kitchen, quiet/resting rooms, activity rooms, and administrative space.• A 58,619 square foot, two–story Class A concrete tilt–up building (Type II construction) sitting on a 3.27–acre campus.• Compare current building and fire codes against the original building layout.
