(1) Vendor needs to provide interconnection study service to the government authority located in Illinois. – To provide agency with expert technical and policy recommendations to improve the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of the interconnection process.– The reports shall address specific topics identified by the Commission, identify areas where stakeholder consensus exists and where it does not, and provide practical recommendations that support informed Commission decision making regarding potential changes to interconnection rules, tariffs, policies, and procedures.– Interconnection Rules, Tariffs, and Policies Review– Supplies and Services Required– Findings and Documentation– 2027 Report Milestones and Deliverables(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
