The Tarrant Regional Water District (Buyer) is requesting Proposals for the purchase of the following Goods and Special Services: Offers are being requested for the following items: Item No. Description of Goods No. of Items to be Purchased 1 CC1 Substation Transformer Equipment and Materials 2 The Buyer’s budget for this procurement package is $ 9,000,000. Goods must be delivered and ready for installation by the Contractor no later than 36 months after receipt of executed agreement. Offerors are encouraged to submit an alternate proposal if 36 months delivery cannot be met.
