RFP 8309-0-2020/AB Employee Drug, Alcohol & Other Testing and Physical Examinations

The City of Norfolk (the “City”) seeks an employee screening program from a qualified offeror consisting of the following services: 1. Medical Review Officer (“MRO”) services 2. Collection and laboratory testing for breath screening 3. Laboratory urinalysis 4. Physical examinations 5. Tuberculosis intradermal testing 6. Hearing tests The collection, testing, and MRO services are to be provided by the Contractor for all applicants selected for employment, and under certain conditions, current employees (including those City employees required to have a Commercial Driver's License which are governed by U.S. Department of Transportation regulations). Offerors must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing the services described. All qualified offerors are invited to respond to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) by submitting a proposal consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
