(1) Vendor needs to provide after school tutoring program service to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA. • Provide high–quality, standards–aligned, tutoring for 1st–8th grade students, including English Learners (EL students) and special education students.• After school tutoring will be for up to 2,000 students from various school sites.• Services may take place in person on the school campus or virtually outside of the school campus.• Service location will be determined by mutual agreement between the vendor and guardian.• Services will take place for no more than an hour each day, Monday through Friday excluding District holidays.• Services will take place within the first hour of school dismissal for onsite tutoring services.• Services must be completed by 6:00pm for virtual, home–based services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
