EXTRA-73500 - USA (Colorado) - Sector Partnership Grant Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sector partnership grant services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Provide a clear action plan detailing how the sector partnership will use this funding to execute the priorities of partnership. The action plan should demonstrate how the partnership will advance skills–first practices.– Strengthen critical industry sectors and connect Coloradans with training and good jobs through strategies including skills–first hiring and advancement practices.– Explain what actions the sector partnership will take to advance skills–first practices of either multiple employers or a single employer, aligned with actions from the nationally recognized Skills First Action Planner.– Explain how the partnership will strengthen the supply of good jobs or connect individuals with good jobs.– Explain how the partnership will incorporate a job quality component into their application based on The Colorado Job Quality Framework.– Submit reimbursement requests in a timely manner and submit progress reports in a timely manner.– Participate in State monitoring and evaluation processes as requested to ensure it is utilizing funds properly and achieving grant outcomes.– Identify a representative to attend community of practice calls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
