RIC Concessions Transformation Information Session - RFP 27-1005

The Capital Region Airport Commission invites concessionaires, national and local brands, small businesses, and other prospective industry partners to participate in the **RIC Concessions Transformation Information Session**, a virtual pre-solicitation industry-outreach event associated with future **RFP 27-1005**.The prerecorded Information Session will be available beginning **October 7, 2026**, and will introduce Richmond International Airport’s vision for the next generation of dining, retail, and small-business opportunities, including a high-level overview of the three anticipated concession packages.Link will be posted in accordance with Schedule. Interested parties may submit written industry feedback through **October 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EDT**, in accordance with the instructions included in this posting.The Information Session is not a Pre-Proposal Conference and is not part of the formal procurement question-and-answer process. The Commission will not provide binding interpretations or clarifications regarding future solicitation requirements through this event. Participation in the Information Session or submission of feedback is not required to submit a future Proposal and will not provide any preference or advantage during the subsequent competitive procurement.The formal competitive solicitation and complete proposal requirements will be issued separately through eVA.
